Joseph E. Mullin

I have over thirteen years of experience as a practicing attorney and am a member in good standing with the Massachusetts Bar. I was also recently admitted to the State Bar of Texas in December of 2014. My experience is primarily in the government sector, having started my legal career as a child support attorney for the Massachusetts Department of Revenue Child Suport Enforcement Division. After that I worked for two years in private practice as a litigator, where my practice consisted of Land Use and Zoning, appearing before local administrative boards, criminal defense, family law and probate litigation. In 2009 I was named Deputy General Counsel for the State Comptroller, a position I held for three years.
