Biography
I represent clients in civil litigation. I'm a seasoned trial lawyer with experience in state and federal courts, arbitration and mediation.
I represent and advise clients in the technology, power, manufacturing and many other industries on matters involving business contracts, business torts, employment disputes, trademark infringement, licensing, and other issues. I have obtained desirable results for clients in thorny residential and commercial real estate disputes in Land Court and Superior Court in cases involving failed purchase and sale agreements, adverse possession, easements, and title defects. I have particular experience with construction related litigation and have represented contractors, subcontractors and project owners in disputes concerning a variety of public and private construction projects. I am a past member of the American Bar Association's Forum on the Construction Industry and co-author of a 1998 publication relating to advanced project delivery systems entitled Construction Management: An Evolving Landscape.
Graduated with honors from Swarthmore College in 1988. Received my J.D. from Northeastern University School of Law in 1994. Following law school, I served as a law clerk to the Justices of the Massachusetts Superior Court.
