Jim represented my sister in an automobile accident case. She was taking a left turn at an intersection with traffic lights. The traffic light was green in her direction but the left turn green arrow had just turned off. A car coming from the opposite direction at excessive speed, struck my sister's... car. The driver in that car claimed the accident was her fault since she was taking a left and should have yielded right of way.
