Attorney Livingstone worked four years as an Assistant District Attorney for the Middlesex District Attorney’s Office. He has tried more than forty cases to jury verdict in Superior Court and District Court and has handled cases from the grand jury or clerk’s hearing through resolution. This experience allows us to deliver outstanding results for our clients.

Our civil rights practice principally involves employment practice represents both employers and employees before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination (MCAD), the Massachusetts Civil Service Commission, and in state and federal court. We also represent union members at disciplinary hearings.
