Biography
I have thirty years' experience in successfully resolving business disputes through litigation, mediation, and arbitration. My first focus in each case is preparation of a thorough, analytical and practical assessment, working with the client to develop an accurate picture and a strong, sensible strategy for optimal resolution at controlled cost. Each client has personal access to me throughout the representation, but we also have a "deep bench" of support in all relevant areas of legal expertise. My goals are to continue to improve in all aspects of the complicated problem-solving that we do, and to make each client a satisfied continuing member of a mutually beneficial network.
