Brady Hermann

Brady Hermann represents individual, small business and corporate clients in complex litigation in state and federal courts, arbitration and regulatory proceedings before the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (“FINRA”), and various other arbitration, governmental and regulatory authorities.  His practice is focused in the areas of commercial and business litigation, securities litigation and regulation, professional malpractice, employment disputes and criminal defense.  He has extensive experience representing financial advisors, broker-dealers, registered investment advisors, insurance agents, businesses, corporations and their employees, directors and officers in commercial, business and securities related litigation, including customer disputes, malpractice suits, employment disputes, member-to-member disputes, and various other business torts.  

Mr. Hermann received his B.A. from Villanova University and his J.D. from Suffolk University Law School. Prior to opening his own firm, Mr. Hermann was an attorney at a boutique litigation firm in Boston, where he regularly represented financial advisors, broker-dealers, investment advisors, corporations and their employees, directors, and officers in various courts, FINRA proceedings and other regulatory and governmental agencies. 

Mr. Hermann is admitted to practice in Massachusetts, New York, the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts, and the First Circuit Court of Appeals.
