Biography
At Kraft Law Firm, I practice under the motto that “If it’s a big deal to you, it means a great deal to me.” I am devoted to my clients and their concerns, immersing myself in their issues and providing exceptional understanding and support while servicing their legal needs. I bring over thirty years’ experience to the table in counseling you about your business, corporate and real estate needs. I represent a variety of businesses and individuals advising them on existing strategies, new initiatives and the legal challenges that they face. Whether starting or growing your business, addressing claims, negotiating a lease or purchasing a new home, I will stand by you and provide exceptional service.
The breadth and range of my clients includes a national company specializing in receivables management, a sports club franchisor, real estate developers, a wine distributor with several locations, web site developers, a payroll processing company and many other businesses and individuals.
I received my undergraduate degree in 1981 from the University of Pennsylvania and my law degree in 1984 from Boston University School of Law. I am admitted to practice in Massachusetts (state and federal courts) and in Connecticut.

Great!
Michael is incredibly fast, to the point, and very helpful. I consulted him for an issue with a general contractor, which was time sensitive, and he got to the bottom of the issue within hours. You want him on your side.
