Hired attorney Hoffer of Norwood mass. To represent my workmans comp case. (2015) Biggest mistake of my life. He failed to utilize any records request signed by his client. In fact, all my providers have written that he never made any requests for my medical records. Therefore, years later, bills ...are still not paid in accordance to the bogus settlement and judges order from 2015. I was hospitalized for 2 weeks following an industrial accident resulting in state reported legionnaires disease. Strangely, my DIA file omitted all the records from my second weeks stay in the hospital amongst many other relevant medicals. Even the ambulance bill had not been paid, though I emailed Hoffer years ago for him to address. He had me sign a liability not determined settlement, however, he later emails that I was APPARENTLY injured by their malfunctioning compressor. Many doctors connected cause and relation, as did NIOSH, by stating there were no additional environmental risk factors outside my workplace. The employer log of employer illness and injury and also confirms. Please be very careful and confirm he has obtain all records to properly resent your case to achieve the best outcome for you, and that he acts as any other attorney would have done under these circumstances..no interview of the many witnesses, no medical records, nonpayment, breach of contract, etc, in my opinion.
