Samuel Marc Hausman

I have been practicing law for almost 26 years, engaging in the general practice of law with an emphasis on criminal defense, personal injury and civil litigation.  I have successfully litigated or settled numerous cases for his clients, including personal injury cases such as automobile accidents, premises liability  malpractice cases, and dog bite cases, as well as workers compensation cases, social security disability claims, contract disputes, employer-employee disputes, and business disputes.  I have also handled numerous criminal defense matters over the years, ranging from crimes of violence, motor vehicle offenses including operating under the influence of liquor or drugs, to crimes against property, and drug offenses.  I have also handled numerous appeals before the Registry of Motor Vehicles.
