Has handled various matters for both small and large corporations, banks, and businesses, including cases involving the UCC, CERCLA, M.G.L. c. 21E, M.G.L. c. 93A, MTCA, the Lanham Act, the Sherman Act, shareholder derivative suits, contract actions, wage and hour litigation, toxic torts, tort actions against professionals such as real estate brokers and corporate directors and officers, and actions against secured property.

Environmental litigation and toxic torts. Also provide regulatory services including commenting on proposed remedial action plans and ensuring compliance with local, state and federal regulations, drafting and negotiating access rights with adjacent landowners, mitigation of future litigation, and negotiations with the DEP/EPA on administrative orders for alleged past non-compliance with the environmental regulations.
