You’ve been arrested and chances are you are uncertain what steps you should take or whom you should reach out to for help. This is when you need a skilled criminal defense attorney to make sure your rights are protected. Anyone charged with a crime has a Fifth Amendment right to remain silent. This is the recommended course of action until you speak with an attorney. An attorney will need to understand the time line of events leading up to your arrest as well as the overall circumstances of your arrest; however, until you have contacted us, do not speak with law enforcement agencies beyond providing your name.

Good job
I hired Peter to handle a case that I was involved in. Peter created a plan on how to handle the case. Peter's plan worked. I also felt that Peter had a interest on how I and my wife were handling the case. Peter did his job.

As close to perfect as you can get
Peter not only was super verbal and hands on, he gave reassurance and made sure to touch bases on all facets of the process, I walked into my situation unsure and walked out with a win. Highly recommended, especially for Norfolk county residence, Peter is highly influential and connected, I wouldn’t ...

Thank You!
Peter explained the process and my options. He answered all of my many questions. He made sure I knew what to expect and helped make a stressful time less stressful.

Poor People Skills
This attorney is condescending, arrogant and extremely disconnected from the average person. Doesn't know how to return phone calls either.

Just did not know what he was doing.
Someone was trying to put a restraining order on me. Hired Peter. It was supposed to be time for me to tell my side. Judge ask him if there was anything else. He said no, without thinking. I never told my side so other side got the RO. He apologized but I still have a RO on me. When I did nothing.
Restraining Orders are emotionally charged situations often between direct family members. We’re sorry you had a bad experience with our firm. We strive for the utmost client satisfaction if every case. Please contact me directly to discuss your specific concerns.
