Biography
For more than a decade, Attorney Yee worked in the securities industry where he learned the inner workings of the securities industry and the rules and regulations governing it, providing him with skill and experience necessary to represent securities investors. In 2005, Attorney Yee entered private practice to represent investors in investment and trade disputes. Since that time, he has expanded his focus to include the practice of criminal law, juvenile law, and education law. At the end of the day, however, Attorney Yee is a trial attorney who loves the courtroom and who has a passion for representing the underdog, regardless of whether his client is a wrongly accused criminal defendant or a small business owner embroiled in a legal dispute threatening his or her livelihood.
