Instead of discharging an Army loan that he told me I could not I continue to pay off the $75,000 only to get a letter from the government saying after the bankruptcy if I had waited a year it would of been written off. Clearly doesn't listen to his clients as we asked him to look into this exact... situation. I could of waited the last few months with the help of family. Now I'm still in debt forever.
