I was researching the benefits of setting up a living trust and Family Legal Partners, P.C. was recommended to me through a service I had at work. I could not have been happier with the entire process. Setting up my first appointment was done very quickly. Amy was so easy to work with. I met with ...Amy and she was able to explain the benefits of a trust in a very clear way that answered all my questions and certainly made what seemed like a cumbersome process very easy. Amy asked relevant questions of me so she was clear on what my goals were and directed me appropriately to ensure my entire estate plan was taken care of. (Trust, Healthcare proxys, will etc). Each meeting was beneficial and I was provided with clear documentation on what steps I would need to follow up on as well. Once all the paperwork was reviewed, signed and completed I was provided with a binder that had all the documents as well as a CD containing an electronic copy of all the documents. You never want to think of something "happening" to us but as everyone knows stuff happens. A friend recommend Amy. She made the ENTIRE process easy.
