Suzanne R Sayward

Our family has worked with Attorney Sayward for more than 20 years and she has provided excellent advice and legal service. Her services for us have included preparation of estate documents including wills, trusts, health proxy ., Medicaid, and Elder Law. My parents both were very ill for several... years before their death. Fortunately, Suzanne had prepared their wills, including living wills and health proxy years before, while they were well. When my mother was incapacitated and in a long term care facility, add my father required special care due to Alzheimer's ,Suzanne was very knowledgeable regarding Massachusetts Elder laws and Medicaid. We followed her advice and that resulted in my parents getting the best possible care at reasonable cost. As Health proxy for both parents, I was grateful to have the legal documents I needed to work with medical staff on their behalf. As Executrix of both parents estates, I found that having the necessary legal papers in place made resolution of their estates much easier. Attorney Sayward was always quick to respond to any of my calls and questions. She always kept me informed. When there were some problems with the potential buyer of my parents home, she worked effectively with his attorney towards a satisfactory resolution and sale. Her office notifies us when it's time to up-date our wills and other documents. We recently worked with Suzanne to up=date portions of our estate documents which were more complicated due to changes in second families. As usual, she provided solid guidance. Our family continues to work with attorney Sayward, and we highly recommend her.
