Noreen A Jonson

Attorney Jonson's practice is focused on real estate conveyancing, estate planning, business law and banking law.

For over 30 years, Attorney Jonson has practiced law in both the public and private sectors, with particular expertise in all areas of banking law. Attorney Jonson has experience and expertise counseling financial institution management on regulatory and supervisory matters, including the litigation and negotiation of regulatory enforcement actions and complex banking issues. She has lectured extensively on some of the most sweeping legislative changes to the banking landscape over the past 20 years.

Before entering private practice, Attorney Jonson served as in-house counsel at the FDIC and participated in the agency’s exclusive Honors Attorney program. She also served as a judicial law clerk at the Massachusetts Appeals Court.
Attorney Jonson earned her J.D. (cum laude) from Suffolk University Law School and her B.A. from Wheaton College. She is a member of the American Bar Association - Business Division - Banking Committee, theMassachusetts Bar Association and the Real Estate Bar Association.

She lives in Dedham where she and her husband raised their two children.
