Client failed the breathalyzer test badly, arresting officer testified that client drove erratically, performed poorly on two Field Sobriety Tests, smelled strongly of alcohol, very slurred speech, glassy eyes, unsteady on feet. The jury deliberated less than an hour: Not Guilty.

Recent disposition: Boston Municipal Court, OUI, state police trooper testified he observed erratic operation, detected physical evidence that client was under the influence (impaired speech, odor of alcohol, poor performance on multiple Field Sobriety Tests). All charges dismissed.

Recent Jury Verdict: Fall River Superior Court, client indicted for multiple counts including Aggravated Child Rape and Forcible Child Rape. Client found Not Guilty of all charges, after two week jury trial.

Recent Jury Verdict: Dedham District Court, client charged with OUI Alcohol. Entire motor vehicle stop and roadside testing recorded on cruiser cam. Jury found client Not Guilty, after deliberating less than half an hour.

Recent Jury Verdict: Suffolk County Superior Court, client was working as a Lyft driver, got into a dispute with hostile passengers who refused to leave the car, two more people associated with hostile passengers arrived on scene, dispute became physical, involving driver against the four other people, one of whom suffered life-threatening neck stab wound during physical altercation, recorded on surveillance camera. Client charged with Assault & Battery by Means of a Dangerous Weapon, Causing Serious Bodily Injury (knife stabbing), Assault Dangerous Weapon, and Assault & Battery. Jury found client Not Guilty of all charges.

Recent Jury Verdict: Norfolk County Superior Court, adult client accused of having sex with underage girl on four occasions with a greater than 10-year age difference, charged with four counts of Aggravated Child Rape. Jury found client Not Guilty of all charges.

Recent Jury Verdict: Boston Municipal Court, client accused of getting into a fight in his own residence with someone who did not live there and who reported to the police that a gun was used, charged with Assault Dangerous Weapon (gun) and Illegal Possession of Firearm. Police located firearm in bathroom client was exiting when police arrived. Jury found client Not Guilty of all charges.

Recent Jury Verdict: Brockton District Court, client (driving instructor) charged with Indecent Assault & Battery against driving student. Jury found client Not Guilty.

Recent Jury Verdict: Quincy District Court, client involved in a car accident with another vehicle in Braintree, charged with OUI 3rd Offense. Jury found client Not Guilty.

Recent Jury Verdict: Essex County Superior Court, client, a college student, accused of entering a dorm room and sexually assaulting a sleeping female, charged with Rape. Jury found client Not Guilty.

Recent Disposition: Waltham District Court, client stopped for speeding on Mass Pike, trooper made observations consistent with recent marijuana use, marijuana located in car, client charged with OUI Drugs and Operating to Endanger. Motion to Dismiss allowed, all charges dismissed.

Recent Disposition: Dedham District Court, client accused of hitting another car at highspeed on highway, fleeing the scene, when located by police on a nearby road his car was engulfed in flames, charged with Leaving the Scene of Property Damage and Operation After Suspension. Motion to Dismiss allowed, all charges dismissed.
