Asaf Jacob Sarno

I met Asaf sarno from another lawyer that recommend me she said wonderful things about him so I had to go see him. Well nine years ago I did something bad that affected me and my family. It was a misdemeanor case so I had to do community service but I didn't finish it because I had to work I couldn't... miss out anymore. I was a teenager so I thought it wasn't serious. So I found that when you don't finish community service you get a warrant of arrest. I had no idea that could happen. this happened like two months ago. So last month I went for a consultation and I met Asaf and I told him about my situation so later he asked questions if I have done anything during these years like crimes and I said NO and what I do for a living etc.. So he said that he can take our case and that he can win our case he was so straight forward. I was so shocked he was so confident. But I was most completely scared because I didn't want to get arrested because I have a family that I need to take care of. But he said this consoling words to calm me down and that there's nothing to worry about. I really appreciated his words. So the day of court came and we went to see the judge and told him about my case and that he wanted to dismiss the case but the judge said that I didn't finish community service so Asaf defended me he said wonderful things about me that I had stayed out of trouble for nine years and that I'm a family man so there was no reason for an arrest and than the prosecutor was telling Asaf that he has to complete his community service but Asaf said there's no reason why that I stayed out of trouble for these years . I was amazed of Asaf words and how he defended me. So the judge dismissed my case I didn't go to jail or didn't have to do community service so basically Asaf won my case. I really wanted to Asaf to make this case not affect me I. The future and since he won my case it won't. I'm so completely appreciative of his work. I'm so thankful he was my lawyer. I can say that I made a friend that I can count on. I for sure recommend him with no doubt in my mind. He is a confident man he know what's he is doing, such a smart man and wise. A+ Asaf Note to Asaf: I really appreciate what you did for me and like i said you go can come to my job and visit me and eat some Italian food. Your an amazing lawyer and also I made a friend thanks for everything Asaf.

I was really having hard time finding a good lawyer for my case. Most of the lawyers were talking about getting me an ACD without really hearing about my case. They just wanted to collect the money without doing much work. My case had to deal with police officers who are desperate to hit their arrest... quota than actually upholding true justice. Asaf took his time hearing my side of the story out. He realized there was a big confusion and the arresting officer could have easily let me go that day or give me a summons right there. Instead I had to waste hours for a silly mistake that wasn't even worth more than $2. He worked out a plan on what we need to do. I really liked the fact Asaf made himself available to ask for clarification and questions. We went to the courthouse and my case was dismissed with 1 day ACD. Which is much better than what any of the other lawyers tried offering me. The best I got was 6 month ACD which I felt I could have just gotten myself. Do you think Asaf job ended right there? No! He is now seeking out confirmation from the NYPD and Criminal Justice Division in Albany that fingerprints and photo be removed.
