Tom did an exceptional job in the research and execution of my case. I had two felony charges resulting from false allegations of a drunk "witness" / victim, and Tom did his research and filed motions. Due to personal issues, and not residing in MA, Tom had to reschedule a motion and the trial a coup...le of times, which he did willingly to help me. Ultimately, the plea deal offered to us on the trial date was not a good deal, and Tom WON my case, the jury finding me NOT GUILTY on all counts (two felonies and an underlying misdemeanor, which was added as a verdict option the day of the trial).
