Susie P. Moniz

Susie was an incredible ally to have. I live out of state and my ex-husband decided to file a claim in Salem courts, trying to take my visitation away. Living over 700 miles away, I didn't know what to do. Luckily I found Susie. She did all the legwork that I was unable to do myself. She made the pro...cess as easy as it could be. Now at times, she can be blunt, but listen to what she is saying! She knows what she is talking about, and is only trying to do what is going to benefit you the most. She was able to negotiate with my ex-husband (who is very hard to deal with) and we settled everything at the pretrial and I was able to keep my visitations with my son, saving me time and LOTS of money, not having to make multiple court appearances and trips. Thank you Susie!

Susie has done irreparable damage to my divorce case. Not only did she not properly represent everything I had told her (and I am very organized), it seemed like she "ruled" on what was right in my case and used my money to do what she thought was the right thing, instead of representing what I told... her. Additionally, what she thought was right was horribly wrong, but by the time she had spoken in front of the judge or submitted documentation, it was often too late to correct it. Not only is she a very poor lawyer, but she is not even enjoyable to deal with on top of it all. It has taken me tens of thousands of dollars to hire the right attorneys and experts to undo what Susie had done to my case (while supposedly representing me!), and hiring her was by far the biggest mistake of my life, and I have paid dearly for that mistake.....don't make the same one.

First and foremost I'd like to say I interviewed about 9 attorneys before retaining Susie. My divorce was hands down one of a kind, very difficult and could have dragged on a lot longer had it not been for Susie. My well being and safety of my children and the stress it put on them and myself was u...nimaginable, without Susie's expertise and patience it would've never ended. Susie reassured me from the the first day that everything will be fine. I'm still in a disbelief that my nightmare ended. Without her persistence and determination to end this as amicable as she could it would have never happened. I did not see a light at the end of my tunnel when it all started. However, Susie made sure I did and empowered me to be as strong as I could be. Continuously reassured me this will come to an end and everyone will be fine. I would highly recommend her to anyone seeking a divorce, mine was close to impossible and somehow it finally came to an end. What she did for my girls and me was priceless she gave us our lives back, took our anxieties away and made sure we preserve our lives as they are, where there is a will there is a way and she gave me that will. I'll forever be grateful and blessed that I had Susie Moniz represent me. For Susie its not about the monetary value of a case its about who she is representing personally and that's hard to find!
