I hired Randy Hitchcock in a time of absolute desperation. I got arrested over a custody dispute with my sons mom (he was 1 years old) and was told by the court that I couldn't contact her and if I wanted to see my son I was going to need to take it up with probate court. I was devastated over this a...nd was a (broke) full time college student. No lawyer would take my case because it was an almost guarantee loss due to the circumstances of me allegedly breaking into her house and getting arrested over it. That's where randy came into play. I went two months without seeing my baby and on the first court date Randy was able to get me my son back, Monday through Friday, and was able to defend that stance after two separate hearings from my sons mom attempting to change the visiting schedule. Absolute home run. After a long year-1.5 years that this case has gone on me and my sons mom have finally came to a mutual agreement regarding custody. I could have never negotiated that agreement without the leverage that he gave me after that first hearing. He knew exactly how to word things and when to bring things up, he truly played his cards right in that case. Ive had various legal issues over the years and randy was by far the most consistent, responsive and easy to reach lawyer Ive ever dealt with. He delivered time and time again and I would even occasionally call and ask him for advice about things that weren't even related to my custody case. All and all he is an extremely talented attorney and will give you the best possible outcome.
