Heather Jean Gold

We have been represented by Heather for two hearings, opposing two different districts 10 years apart in 2004 and 2014. We prevailed at both hearings due to Heather's hard work, meticulous detail, endless legal guidance, and her determination to fight for our son and his educational needs that were c...learly not being provided by the school districts. She is one of the most intensely driven people I know. My husband and I always say, "you definitely want Heather sitting on your side of the table, not the opposing side." She is a force to be reckoned with. Although unable to truly admire how proficient, well-paced, and strategic she was in court this past summer during the off-the-charts stress of our hearing, in retrospect, it was like watching her lay a foundation brick by brick and, upon completion, opposing counsel was trapped inside with no way out. Although we honestly hope to not have to go to yet a third hearing, should we have to, there is no one else we will call on but Heather. If you have children with special needs (we have two) and you are willing to do whatever it takes to get them what they need, then there really is no other choice than Heather Gold.
