Received a Settlement Agreement with Legalese
I was asked to sign a release on a distribution of an estate. One paragraph was an issue, Ms. Winkler clearly explained why it was a problem and suggested how to have it deleted. Other attorney promptly deleted the problem paragraph and the issue satisfactorily resolved.

TERRIBLE DO NOT TRUST HER
Ellen Winkler was used as the probate lawyer for my fathers estate. Just to give you an idea of how good she really is, she will charge you up. and today 4 years after my fathers death I just found out she missed 7200 of back taxes which now are out of my pocket. THANKS ELLEN. TERRIBLE LAWYER
