Richard Cullin Chambers Jr.

I met Richard in 2005 after I was wrongfully shot and put in jail by a under cover task force agent in the North Shore. I was put in jail and later released on a bail which I was able to make. My charges were very heavy the charge that held the most weight was assault and battery with attempt to murd...er a police officer it carried 20 plus years. After being out for a under a year I got arrested again for another wrongful charge at which point my bail was put at $17,500 and Richard was able to fight for me to get released on a personal recognizance. After a long year of trail Richie was able to get my charges dismissed and I was able to continue my life on prohibition for 5 years versus doing 20 years with attempt of murder in my head. After I completed my prohibition successfully my charges were all dismissed and I stated my new journey on life. Today I’m grateful for the services I received from Richie and the friendship I gained. To this day we as a family still use Richie I’m currently hired him to help seal my record. I have to say looking back I wouldn’t be where I’m at or have the opportunity if I was locked up. Today I’m a father of 3 a husband and a man in recovery I highly recommend Richie if you are facing any criminal charges or any court issues where you may need his pitbull mentality.

Attorney Chambers helped me obtain a settlement from a fraudulent purchase of a motorcycle from a well-known Massachusetts motorsport dealership that turned out to have no title. When I purchased the motorcycle from that “Northshore” dealership right off of “Route 128”. They stated that it had a cl...ear title, which was false, and it was delivered with no title. I was unable to register the motorcycle and upon recommendation from a friend, I hired Attorney Chambers who drafted a MGL Chapter 93A Demand Letter and served the Dealership. Initially I mistakenly agreed to Mediate the case with the Sales Manager, and we wasted a lot of time without a just outcome. When I finally had my day in court, I did not compound that error and Attorney Chambers was able to settle the matter fast stating “your need to pay the full amount or we will go before the judge under penalty of fraud for triple damages and attorney fees.” The sales manager dropped the issue and agreed to pay the full amount tendered.
