I got charged with an OUI prior to the pandemic and during a pivotal/stressful time in my life. I contacted Attorney Chambers at the time of the incident and I instantly felt at ease. The result of my case was a not guilty and it was well deserved. Mr. Chambers showed his talents in trial where he excelled at cross examinations and in his closing statements. I never once felt nervous or had any doubts why he was representing me during the trial. On top of everything else he’s a great guy and genuinely cares about your case. Highly recommended.

I had gotten a referral from a good friend of this law office. The attorney that was suggested did not specialize in federal cases so I was referred again, but to his partner Richard Chambers in the same law office. Richard was great. He worked with me. Always answered my questions timely. He didn’t ...bombard me with emails but only requested necessary information so there did not need to be this constant communication. He assured me that things would work out as much as a insurance can be given where the law is concerned. I still felt relieved that he was a competent lawyer and willing to take the case. He stated that as a client, I was paying him to worry about the problem and and that I should try to relax and focus on my family, while letting him handle the burden. So I did just that. Due to the Covid crisis we never had to meet in person, although I was given the option several times prior to the hearing and after. I carry two professional licenses. One federal firearms license and one medical license. In the end I was able to keep them both. He worked closely with the prosecutor in having the charges dropped to a civil fine. 2 of the 3 charges would not have existed in any other part of the state if it had I not been on federal property. I will continue to use Richard if the need should unfortunately arise ever again and would refer his service to my closest friends and family. He is easy to work with, friendly from the start and most importantly to me, aside from his competency, was that he was non judgmental about any of it. Five stars given. Even if it hadn’t worked out in my favor like it did, I would have had the peace knowing that he did what he could do, better than most attorneys , given the circumstances. I would have been happy with my decision to use Richard Chambers to represent me in court just the same. Most people are only concerned with the outcome. After 30 years of negative meetings and paying other lawyers. My very first call with Richard he was positive. Even with the problems with the Covid 19 virus. He was professional and quick. Got my 30year old A&B and A&B w/dangerous weapon over turned to not guilty. This will be a life changing experi...ence and couldn’t have done it without him. I met Richard in 2005 after I was wrongfully shot and put in jail by a under cover task force agent in the North Shore. I was put in jail and later released on a bail which I was able to make. My charges were very heavy the charge that held the most weight was assault and battery with attempt to murd...er a police officer it carried 20 plus years. After being out for a under a year I got arrested again for another wrongful charge at which point my bail was put at $17,500 and Richard was able to fight for me to get released on a personal recognizance. After a long year of trail Richie was able to get my charges dismissed and I was able to continue my life on prohibition for 5 years versus doing 20 years with attempt of murder in my head. After I completed my prohibition successfully my charges were all dismissed and I stated my new journey on life. Today I’m grateful for the services I received from Richie and the friendship I gained. To this day we as a family still use Richie I’m currently hired him to help seal my record. I have to say looking back I wouldn’t be where I’m at or have the opportunity if I was locked up. Today I’m a father of 3 a husband and a man in recovery I highly recommend Richie if you are facing any criminal charges or any court issues where you may need his pitbull mentality.
