Edward A. Sargent

I've had three knee surgeries going on four next week all on the same knee, first torn meniscus, then partial replacement, then full replacement and now they have to tighten up my knee and straighten out my knee cap from last surgery. For over a year he lead me to believe i had a good case, saying it...'s either the Dr's Fault or the Knee manufacturers fault, one or the other. Saying once we get them both in court they will start pointing fingers at each other and we'll get to the truth. Then he kept telling me We'll file in July, then september then January. Now my time is running out on when i can file the claim and he says to me for the First time, unless we get a doctor to say your other doctor is negligent you have no case. I told him I'd go to the knee dr's I went to before my surgeries and get they're opinions and he said he'd handle it. Then told me that the only Doctor who may help is in Springfield Ma an hour and a half away. The next day when i asked him for the name of the Dr. he says he can't remember, which leads me to believe he lied about that too and never spoke to anyone. Very Unprofessional and definately untrustworthy in my opinion and experience.
