In the past, Whitney Beatty, Christopher Uphouse, and Nicole Theal (all ’18) represented BU Law at the John J. Gibbons Criminal Procedure Moot Court Competition, hosted by Seton Hall Law School. The team’s preliminary round scores were high enough to advance them, along with fifteen other teams, to the octofinal round of the competition. There, the team faced Notre Dame Law School, but lost the round. The team did, however, receive positive feedback from the judges.
