Travis Pregent

I'm not going to get all flowery with this review. Its very simple, if you need an attorney for an issue that falls into Travis's area of expertise, don't even think about it, just retain him, dont even look for someone else. Travis is the consummate professional, he always returned my calls, answere...d my emails, etc. in a timely manner. I could not be happier with the outcome of the issue Travis helped me with. I should have referred to him as Mr. Pregent throughout this review, but that also shows you how friendly and personable he is, you will feel very comfortable dealing with Travis. Best attorney I have ever dealt with.

I was faced with a tenuous situation that was a combination of discrimination and verbal/ mental abuse / harassment in the workplace by a senior executive. The Board of Directors and in-house counsel turned a blind eye to this recurring behavior, which not only directly effected me, but other women a...s well. Attorney Pregent is a top-notch negotiator who does his homework. Too bad opposing counsel underestimated my intent to expose the discriminatory and abusive practices and even worse for them, underestimated Attorney Pregent’s tenacity in resolving this case to my benefit with the least amount of stress and utmost professionalism.
