I am a relatively new homeowner and real estate investor and I brought Steve on to represent me on a deal I thought I was going to close on. Steve did the extra work of investigating the property to ultimately let me know all the red flags that would pop up with the property. Mainly everything I didn...’t think of, and as a result I ended up avoiding a potential nightmare buy. I would eventually find a much safer and overall better deal from taking Steve’s advice. On top of that, as I was closing, he took the time to Thoroughly go over all parts of the purchase and sale and contracts that came at closing.
