Smoothest closing ever!

I could not have asked for more from Gerard; he and his team were quick, and responsive, and made the closing process genuinely the smoothest and easiest I've ever experienced!

Super efficient, professional, and friendly

We used Gerard for a recent home closing. He is incredibly knowledgeable and moved through our closing process quite quickly. We would absolutely work with Gerard again and plan to use him for any future home purchases or refinancings.

Sale of Home

Gerard was excellent. He kept me informed during the entire process of selling my home, he had great attention to detail, and his staff and he were very responsive each time I lobbed in a question. He also worked well with my real estate agent.

New Home Purchase - Winchester

Gerard served as our attorney for the purchase of a new home in Winchester, MA. He and his team kept the entire process of purchasing the home easy and straight forward. We had only minimal contact with Gerard and his team throughout the process. He didn't bother us with any of the details of ...the process that we didn't absolutely need to know (title report, title insurance selection, etc.) Some buyers will likely prefer this approach. We would have preferred more visibility and more detailed updates throughout the process. However, we're not reducing our review score as we could have (and didn't) ask for more details or updates. When it came to closing Gerard was very helpful in walking us through the process and making sure we focus primarily on those documents that really matter. He kept the closing process from feeling like an endless continuum of signing random documents.
