Seven of us were waiting for him to show up to facilitate the closing of a home purchase; he was 1/2 hour late to the appointment, and did not excuse himself or offer an apology when he arrived. As one of the other parties suggested, perhaps we should have charged him for our time. He seemed annoye...d/put off by my questions, and although he represented the lender strictly speaking, he did represent us as well, and was unable to explain/seemed to gloss over critical parts of the closing about which I had questions. The conference room we met in was outdated and slightly gross (rips in the chairs, etc.). Overall, a negative experience - I did not leave feeling like I could/should trust this attorney.
