I would highly recommend Egan Law Associates in Wakefield. I had the privelage of working with both Barbara and Judy Egan. Their expertise with handling my case made a hard time in my life a lot easier. When Barbara had to pass over my case to her sister, because of a unexpected medical issue, I was... nervous but Judy stepped in and after five minutes into our meeting I felt comfortable and very confidant with her. Face it, Divorce is not easy or fun, what should be easy, sometimes does not happen, but when chips are down, it is comforting to know Judy and her staff will equal off the playing field, she knew every aspect for the courts, what they needed, what I needed to know, how are we going to get the best o...utcome for her client (me), and try to resolve on easy to understand language. Divorce, there are no winners, and sometimes you might have to pay, but like I said above, its nice to have a level playing field when it may go south, Also Judy now is a mediator to resolve simple agreements and resolve on a amicable divorce, which should always be tried before going to court for trial, I am happy I was steered in Judiths direction.
