Professional Experience

Giuseppina (Pina) DiSisto has practiced exclusively in the field immigration law since 2003. Prior to starting her own practice, Attorney DiSisto worked as a Senior Associate at Harrington Law Offices in Boston, MA. She founded DiSisto Law, P.C. in 2015.

Attorney DiSisto began her practice with the sole intent of providing one-to-one service to all of her clients and adheres to the fundamental yet critical business philosophy of total customer satisfaction. She anticipates the needs of clients, and seamlessly adapts services and support to the client's evolving business. Her interest in immigration law stems from her personal background (her parents and grandparents emigrated from Italy to the United States), from her belief in the essential role immigrants play and the positive contributions they make to American society, and from her desire to help people of all backgrounds achieve their goals.

Attorney DiSisto has extensive experience in a wide variety of employment-based immigration, focusing on labor certifications, permanent residence options for professionals, academics, international managers and executives  (EB-1s), heath care providers including international medical graduate physicians, religious workers (EB-4s) and individuals of extraordinary ability (EB-1s) as well as nonimmigrant applications for professional workers, managers and executives (H-1B, L-1, TN, E-3) and religious workers (R-1).

Attorney DiSisto is also works on non-immigrant and immigrant visa processing at U.S. consular posts worldwide.

In addition, Attorney DiSisto regularly represents clients before U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) in diverse matters, including family-based petitions, adjustment of status, citizenship and naturalization, J-1 waivers, provisional waivers and waivers for grounds of inadmissibility.

Education

Attorney DiSisto earned her Bachelor of Arts degree (Magna Cum Laude) in 1998 from Assumption College. She obtained her Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from New England School of Law in May 2001.

Admission

Attorney DiSisto was admitted to the Massachusetts State Bar in January 2002. She is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association and the National Association of Professional Women.

Attorney DiSisto has a working knowledge of Italian and Spanish.
