Eugene A. Nigro

My central objective in practicing law is the creative application of legal and practical methods to resolve problems for clients.  At all times, my goal is to provide efficient, innovative and successful strategies to obtain a resolution favorable to our clients.

I am a member of the law firm of Nigro, Pettepit & Lucas, LLP, in Wakefield, MAssachusetts, where I focus my practice on Probate and Family Law.  My domestic relations practice includes litigation, conciliation, mediation, arbitration, Antenuptial Agreements, divorce, custody and modification.

I have been a conciliator with the Essex County Bar Association since 1998 and with the Middlesex County Bar Association since the inception of its Conciliation Program.  I serve as Lead Trainer in both Essex and Middlesex Counties and have worked as a trainer and mentor, helping to establish Conciliation Programs in Barnstable, Bristol, Berkshire, Worcester and Norfolk Counties.  I received my qualification as Conciliation Trainer through the Massachusetts Office of Dispute Resolution (MODR) and am also a trained mediator and arbitrator.  I provide conciliation services as a volunteer and mediation and arbitration services on a private pay basis.

For over 70 years, the Massachusetts law office of Nigro, Pettepit & Lucas, LLP has assisted individuals, families, and business with numerous legal issues.  As skilled in negotiation as we are with litigation, we advocate staunchly on behalf of all our clients, no matter how prolonged or complex the case.  In fact, many of our new clients are referred by former ones, or by other attorneys who were impressed by the quality of our professional services.
