Unprofessional and DO NOT RECOMMEND

I hired Ed Seabury as my injury lawyer after being a passenger in an accident last year. Unfortunately, my experience with him was very disappointing. He did not communicate regularly or keep me updated about my case. It often felt like he wasn’t actively working on it, and I had to reach out several... times just to get basic information and for follow ups. Eventually, he withdrew from representing me, giving a reason that I found unreasonable and unprofessional. Based on my experience, I would not recommend him to anyone looking for a lawyer who is attentive, transparent, and genuinely invested in their clients best interests.

NO GOOD!

Used him for a probate case absolutely couldn't handle the pressure of the case. Turned on me as soon as he felt pressure. Went behind my back and settled my case under his terms. Only Believes that woman should have custody of kids not the father. Also told the mother of my kids things I thought wou...ld stay cofidential between me and him.

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
