I had the opportunity to work with John to resolve a fraud issue with my former employer. John and his team were excellent. They clearly communicated the process, were diligent, and kept me informed throughout the entire process. It took a little over 18 months to get everything settled. John was... very fair and professional over this period, not charging me for every five minute follow up or question. In the end we were able to reach a settlement and I was very pleased with the process.

I have been taken aback by John while handling my case. He came highly recommended and the reviews proved it but I feel a little neglected by the lack of updates and push to what I think are compelling reasons to support a strong case against my employer. He tends to get scattered when busy and it is... hard me to understand all the implications and repercussions of filing a suit against my employer.

John Davis, words can't describe him. He has a true passion for standing up for people who have been discriminated against. I never experienced discrimination until 10 years into my career where I felt bad about it. John will make you feel confident in uncomfortable situations. You don't have to feel... like you can't share your story with him. He works hard and doesn't give up on a case until he knows justice has been served. This is a wonderful person and a great lawyer, which is hard to find. This is a person who is so good at what he does that he could be out there supporting bad people with tons of money, but yet he sticks around and defends the real victims, every day people such as the woman who just want to be able to work to provide for their family but get told they can't, people who are treated unfairly in the workplace or discriminated against for one reason or another. This guy is tough as nails and honest. It doesn't matter to him if you are a man or a woman, what matters to him is that your voice was heard, when everyone else dismissed you and thought they got away with treating you less than human.
