Gerry was my right hand man in working towards an equitable divorce. He was great in court when we had to be there, and was equally great dealing with the opposing attorney trying to resolve issues. That was true both in 4-way meetings and when calling/writing on my behalf. His only drawback is he... is a little old fashioned. He does not regularly use email. He tends to use fax and snail mail. While that may seem old-fashioned, so is the Probate system. The other thing that is old fashioned is decidedly positive, he answers his own phone. When you do leave a message, he is the one that calls you back. His fees were very reasonable, I spent less than half what my ex did, and Gerry drafted most of our decree.
