I 100% do not suggest you hire Mike. I was better off representing myself in the probate court. Mike Manzi did not care to argue my case. He did not care to lower my child support. He came into every hearing very unprepared. He rarely answered my phone calls, texts, and emails. He agreed to everythi...ng the other party wanted. He showed up late to court 4/5 times. He made be me believe that I am better off agreeing to everything the other party said to get court done and over with. It’s like he had no faith in himself as an attorney. I wasted my time and money with him and ended up losing out in the end. He didn’t bring up any of my requests in court. He didn’t provide the judge with any of the evidences I gave him that would have benefit us in court. He gave up before it all started . He also convinced me that “joint half legal custody is the same as giving my BM sole legal custody and physical sole custody”. He claims that it’s a win/win that she gives me access to all medical, dental records. Since the beginning, I told him to fight for “JOINT LEGAL CUSTODY” because that was all I wanted. Now I am forced to hire a new attorney to fix his mistakes

The consultation went well but everything after that was downhill. I had to submit my paperwork twice because he gave me the wrong information. On top of that, we had to serve my future ex twice because he didn't do it right the first time. Three years and counting and I am still waiting for my case ...to finish. At the moment I am shopping for a different lawyer because we are not going anywhere with the case.

Attorney Mike Manzzi went above and beyond our expectations. Fours years ago at the very last minute we called to help us in court over a custody battle. Mike dropped everything and came to help. Over the four years that we have been dealing with custody Mike was always there representing us and... giving great advise. Let me tell you that in the four years we had some very tough issues being thrown at us. Mike was always on top of the issues and handled them very professionally in court and stood firm as to our wishes. He does not back down to threats from opposing attorney and GAL's In the end my son was granted sole legal and physical custody of our granddaughter. I cannot thank him enough for everything that he has done for us. I could go on for pages about Mike but mostly I would highly recommend him to anyone that I know and someone that you can truly trust and be on your side through the entire process.

Hired Mike for my divorce which was on a good foot and he messed it up. He did not read any of the documents, did not understand the case. he was not prepared when we went into a 4 ways conference so the other lawyer lead. He was not even prepared when we went on trial. He took $3000 as retainer a...nd did not do anything, I was shocked that after the pretrial he requested for more money in order for us to move to trial. Complete waste of money and time.
