Paul D. Errico

Paul Errico is the founder and managing member of the Law Offices of Paul D. Errico, LLC. Attorney Errico brings over 20 years of law enforcement experience to his practice and zealously represents individuals, families and businesses in a broad range of actions involving family and domestic relations, criminal defense, immigration, juvenile law, landlord/tenant, estate planning and probate matters.

Attorney Errico earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Social and Criminal Justice, Summa Cum Laude, from Ashford University and a Juris Doctor from the Massachusetts School of Law in Andover, where he was the recipient of the Dean’s Award. He is a member in good standing of the Massachusetts Bar.

Despite his busy career, Attorney Errico makes time to be involved with community and professional organizations. He is the Mentor Coordinator for the Essex County Veteran’s Treatment Court, Past Post Commander of VFW Post 1018, a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association, Lawrence Bar Association, Essex County Bar Association and the Boston Bar Association. He is also a veteran of the U.S. Navy where he attained the rank of Chief Petty Officer and completed two combat tours of duty to Iraq in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom, with 1st Battalion, 25th Marines and 2nd Battalion, 25th Marines.
