I don't even know where to begin with this "piece of work" who is Jorge Moura the most incompetent attorney I have ever experienced! I will start out by saying that I trusted this guy because I called Lagana & Associates in Lawrence Ma. and they put Moura on the phone. I will start out by saying, th...is guy got me good! In fact, so good, I thought I was on "Candid Camera!" Absolutely worst communication I have ever experienced with any attorney which ultimately cost me a lot of money in travel expenses because of what he advised me to do! Then, weeks went by of ignored emails and phone messages, while the clock was ticking with a sensitive matter concerning my Mom and elder services. Finally after calling the Lagana & Associates office (this is the only number I have for him), I informed them that I need him to call me TODAY. It was less than 20 minutes after that call that I finally received an email from him saying that he has decided not to represent me. I was like, "are you kidding me, am I being punked?" This was especially concerning to me because right after he got my permission to represent me, he used that to gather private information from an ongoing investigation, and THEN ignored me for 2 weeks! Anyway, needless to say, my complaints will not stop here. I am 56 years old and have used many lawyers throughout my life and have not always been happy with their services but let me tell you, "this guy takes the cake!!!" I am completely baffled that he is even a real attorney!

I first hired this lawyer thinking he knew his work when it came to immigration, but it became apparent over the course of several months that he was incompeted in every aspect of this field. He was charging monies for applications when there was no money required to file for certain applications .... And then he becomes loud and indignant with you if you don't pay on time or if your wanting another week to pay him the money when he wants it, along the way he brings in his goon (old spanish woman that works there) that thinks she knows the law when she doesn't. She is a pathetic beligerent worker that knows nothing about nothing like her boss!!!!!! Please stay as far away as possible and save yourself precious time and large amounts of money.

I am an American citizen married to a Brazilian man. Like all the other reviews, I have had the same experience. Alot of money is paid and no service is provided. If there is any warning I can provide you and you do choose to go with this lawyer, make sure that you have a detailed account of every...thing the fixed fee covers. Because at the end when it is all said and done and he provides nothing for you, he will take your money.

I would not recommed the Law Office, The specialist that works for him will interview you and she will tell you how much its going to be, you bring in the money and then she will say we are going to work on this and when you call her to find out how the case is going she wont pick up the phone to ta...lk to you. They never return your calls always to busy to call you back. When we were there at her office her cell phone will ring and rudely she will pick her phone up and talk while we were there in her office. Looks like her cell phone conversations were more important than the clients. She is an ugly person she is ugly to the receptionist there and she is such a sweet heart and this Immigration Specialist likes to show off in front of clients talks to the receptioist like if she is dirt, i really dont know why she ( sectrary) stays there working for them. Stephen has not even seen our case has not done what this lady Limarie has told us. I would not hire this people

yo solicite los servicios d stephen aproximadamente unos dos anos atras, y no me arrepiento.. en un caso como el mio, k tenia hasta felonia, el lucho incansablemente y logro k me habia dicho cuando fui a la consulta por primera vez. yo lo recomiendo, es muy buen abogado. hay casos dificiles y difere...ntes, el mio fue uno d ellos. le doy las gracias a stephen lagana por haber luchado y peleado mi caso y haberme conseguido mis documentos, k otros abogados me dijeron k no habia solucion, y aun mas haber hecho justicia...
