Absolutely horrible attorney. I’m not the nicest person sometimes, but this guy is rude, and doesn’t care about his clients. He retired to avoid finishing my case, that he gave me terrible advice on. Mr bencal, did NOT listen to me as the client, did not explain everything thoroughly, including ple...a agreements , future repercussions, and the terms of the deal. I’ve now been stuck with criminal charges, that I had a clear and legal defense for. It’s impossible to get these things repaired and get justice, especially him being a public defender, as soon as he forced me to take a plea, his scope “ended” leaving me to deal with the court illegally changing terms of my deal, without representation. This man, did not represent my best interests , and was also rude to my family, who were potential witnesses. Glad he retired.
