Failed to listen, failed to act despite the facts right in front of him, took action against my wishes, did not prepare me adequately for trial, failed to return calls or when he did he did, he was condescending, denied me opportunity for appeal, not truthful, and dishonest about billing. Used three ...different billable rates during course of case!!!!Make sure you check your bills and ask that he give you a full accounting. Had to report him to BBO to get part of my money back. Still owes me money. Do your due diligence when hiring a divorce attorney - don't make my mistake!
