Roger D Turgeon

Roger Turgeon focuses on personal injury and wrongful death claims on behalf of people injured or killed by the carelessness of others. Most of these cases involve auto accidents, unsafe premises, product liability, and other general liability matters. He earned his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Harvard Law School after completing a double major, magna cum laude, in Political Science and Economics at the University of New Hampshire. Before founding Turgeon & Associates in 1999, Roger spent six years at two major Boston law firms, several more years with a personal injury firm on Cape Cod, and nine years as the head of the personal injury department at Hamel, Deshaies & Gagliardi (later, the Hamel Law Firm). Roger is a member of multiple legal associations, including the Bar Associations of Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and Maine. He is admitted to practice in each of those three states.
