I came to Taylor in what I would call a bit of an emergency! My intentions were to divorce using the Mass. 1A uncontested format. The other side got legal representation and I learned that I had to do likewise or face certain doom. I came in with merely days to spare, legal challenges that I had no ...idea how to reply to, and a court date scheduled for just a few days away!! She took the time to get the facts, responded to the opposing counsel, got the court date rescheduled and took the needed and appropriate steps to get everything in order and represent me. She has been with me in court and has a very professional approach. She also provided me with expectations of what the timetables and other variables are that have a direct impact on the case. She even gave me some general history of the whats and how long it takes and where I fall in that mix. The point being, that client communication was maintined from the beginning. This is my first experience with a lawyer and i must say that I'm impressed with her tenacity and knowledge of her field. She calls me whever she has something to discuss, replies to emails quickly, digs in and finds information when there's a question and best of all, she's well connected with others in various aspects of the law. To that end, she can get answers to esoteric questions that are of importance (e.g. financial) but perhaps not immediately required for the task at hand.

I have worked with Attorney Daukswicz off an on for a variety of different issues for the past several years. She has always "kept it real" explained all my options and what to expect every step of the way. From child support, and custody issues, to restraining orders she has helped every step of t...he way. I have always appreciated her honesty and telling it like it as she doesn't sugar coat the situation, and for me that was always what I wanted. If you're in the right she'll let you know, if you're reaching for something impossible she'll pull you back in and explain what is best. Although having to contact her means somethings happened again, it's great to know she'll take care of it timely, quickly, and appropriately.
