Jason B Grosky

Let's start with the main point and that is flat out Jason Grosky is the best attorney I've ever met or had. I had a court date on April 16 of 2025. I had a schedule 1 possession charge hanging over my head. When I walked in to court on that morning I had no lawyer and no idea how much trouble I was... in. I knew i would be given a court appointed attorney, and to be honest I didn't have much faith. As I sat in court I watched as the many attorneys walk in. Then Jason Grosky walked in. This guy just seemed different, he had a certain charisma about him. I said to myself "I hope I get that guy". Sure enough I did, and right from start line he was business. Jason let me know what the court was asking for, and informed me that he would like more time to go over my file. By the time I got home I had a full email from Jason explaining the police report and what would be the smartest andnext step. Jason kept in touch with me leading up to our next court date. He kept me informed and gave me his personal cell if i had an questions,and i did, he picked up every time. That brings us to May for my next court date. Right away Jason had me text him when I arrived. Shortly after there he was. He explained what the court was gonna ask for, and made me clearly understand that he was gonna fight to get the best possible outcome. I didn't know if I was going to get a little time or what. Jason pulled me in the back office and explained that they wanted a one year probationary term. Jason got that down to 6 months. I asked Jason what would our best possible outcome, and he informed me that would be administrative probation. He said that probably might not happen but he would try anyway. As I waited to re-enter the court I got a tap on the shoulder, it was Jason and he said "Administrative " I answered "are you serious" and he said "yup".Just to be clear the court originally wanted One year probation, and Jason fought and got me 6 Months administrative probation. He explained every detail about my probation and made sure I understood. To be completely honest working with Jason felt like having one of your best friends fighting for your freedom. Thanks for Everything Jason. I plan on staying out of trouble but if something happened Jason would be the first person I call.
