When I applied online, I got a call from Attorney Meyer’s assistant right away. Attorney Meyers is a very efficient and effective lawyer. In a very short period of time she gave me sound advice for what I could do. She went beyond her free consultation time and went through everything I needed to ...know. If I need further assistance, I would definitively hire her. She is compassionate, professional and with you.

The biggest thing I feel I must mention was just how irresponsible I felt she was. I asked for my divorce agreement for a WEEK (I have a disease that causes vision problems) before our court date. I asked her personally least 3 times and her poor secretary, a couple of times as well. Mostly as it got... later in the week. I got it in the courtroom, 10 minutes after we were supposed to be there because she was late! I wasn't able to read the whole thing. I always had to call her...actually I think I would have been better off going with a "fill-in-the-blank" divorce. I did one anyway (they called it a parenting agreement on the internet) and mine, while it didn't get me some of the financial things she obtained, it had what I really wanted and would have saved $3500 (which incidentally is more than the extras she actually got for me). I asked for specific things and because she didn't want to fight, just get it signed and get out of there, I didn't get it. She knew I had concerns over my ex-husband's parenting skills. She made me ignore the fact that he "forgot" to take the parenting course and hoped the judge would ignore it. She was my first lawyer. I've since had one to clean up the above mess and another for other circumstances. I hate writing negative reviews. But I really don't want others to go through what I went through.
