Srinivas Ramineni

I got an RFE for my OPT extension. Couple of my friends recommended Srinivas Ramineni, so I contacted him. I am glad I did. He is very professional, patient, knowledgeable. I will definitely recommend him to my friends and also in future I would definitely contact him if I have any immigration issues.

Just before applying for H1 extension, I realized that my I94 was dated based on a earlier H1 (with a validity date in the past), instead of my current H1. I consulted other attorneys prior to Ramineni and received mixed responses. This coupled with some misleading information on the internet made me... very worried as to how to get this fixed and even doubt if it were possible to get it fixed. Ramineni was recommended by a friend of mine, and I contacted him for a consultation. He was prompt in his response and advised me to go to the local CBP office first to get it fixed. Also he explained the various other options available in case the issue was not fixed at the CBP office. He did not charge anything for the telephone consultation (he would charge only for any further services if required). I would definitely recommend Ramineni for immigration related matters.

Just want to share my view on Srinivas Ramineni and his team regarding my Immigration issues. I was in deep trouble since my previous employer was blacklisted by USCIS.Reached out to RLA team and they did a outstanding job with my new H1 ,new perm , new I140 and I also got Intend to Deny for my new... I140 with new employer.With in 30 days RLA team has to send the response to USCIS but it got delayed because I have to get the experience letters from the previous vendors and RLA team has only three days to finish but the team did a outstanding job and response was send ontime and it got approved.

I filed my Green card through this attorney. I had H1B visa and when I was filing I485, this law firm helped me. They did do great job in preparing the paper work and they have always very responsive. I have received RFE on my case. They reviewed it and asked to furnish further documents. After my re...sponse, they did prepare RFE response and applied. Eventually the case got approved.
