Application denied in Dec’09 stating that the recruitment papers were filed with incorrect address Attorney informed me about the denial aft...er 3 weeks – I had less than a week to a seek 2nd opinion regarding filing the appeal – The overall process cost me 4 years towards my immigration process – I would not recommend this lawyer as I found him unprofessional to do business with.
