Just before applying for H1 extension, I realized that my I94 was dated based on a earlier H1 (with a validity date in the past), instead of my current H1. I consulted other attorneys prior to Ramineni and received mixed responses. This coupled with some misleading information on the internet made me... very worried as to how to get this fixed and even doubt if it were possible to get it fixed.
