In general, I didn't need to contact them much during my immigrant process. They sent me questionnaire each time I need to file a form to USICS and it processed smoothly. There was few times I contacted the attorney but couldn't get the response right away or just a general answer so minus 1 star. Bu...t anyway, I got approved so I know they did a good job.
